SNS Roofing, LLC Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside within our service area.
• Employees of SNS Roofing, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Referral Submission Process

• Referrals must be submitted via our online referral form by the referred party prior to the build date.
• The referral form must include the full name and phone number of the referrer.

Qualified Referrals

• A qualified referral is a new customer who signs a contract and completes the project with SNS Roofing, LLC.
• Referral payments will be made upon the final payment received from the referred customer.
• Self-referrals are not permitted, and existing customers cannot be considered as referred.

Reward Details

• Residential Referral Rewards:
  • $50 for gutter projects.
  • $125 for siding projects (minimum of 25 squares).
  • $250 for roofing projects or a combination of two services.
• Commercial Referral Rewards:
  • $250 for projects less than $50,000.
  • $375 for projects between $50,000 and $100,000.
  • $500 for projects exceeding $100,000.

Reward Distribution

• Rewards will be paid out via check or cash after the final payment is made by the referred customer.
• Rewards cannot be deducted from project costs; projects must be paid in full.
• Please allow up to 30 days for processing after project completion.

Limitations

• Residential Referrals: Limit of five (5) referrals per calendar year, with a maximum total reward of $1,000.
• Commercial Referrals: No limit on the number of referrals or total rewards.

Tax Responsibility

• Recipients are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes applicable to the referral rewards.

Program Modifications

• SNS Roofing, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
• Any changes will be posted on our website and shared via our social media channels.
• In the event of program cancellation, any outstanding rewards for qualified referrals will still be honored.

Disqualification

• SNS Roofing, LLC reserves the right to disqualify referrals or participants under the following circumstances:
  • Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud.
  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Misrepresentation of information.
  • Any action deemed detrimental to SNS Roofing, LLC.
• Disqualified participants will forfeit any pending rewards.

Disclaimers

• SNS Roofing, LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected referrals.
• The referral program is void where prohibited by law.
• Participation in the program does not create any form of employment or agency relationship between the participant and SNS Roofing, LLC.
• Rewards are offered as a gesture of appreciation and are not negotiable or transferable.
• SNS Roofing, LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the referral program or any rewards.

Privacy Policy

• By participating in the referral program, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy.

Acceptance of Terms

• Participation in the SNS Roofing, LLC Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
