We had hail damage from the storm in March of 2023, and we were scared to file a claim because we have solar panels, and they did a great job of coordinating with the panel company, and insurance company, and they were so persistent on getting this resolved. Fast forward 6 months later and we finally got the claim fully processed with the insurance company. Through this process, SNS was really professional and kept us updated on what we need to do. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
I met Seth and Shae from SNS Roofing while they were working in my neighborhood and asked them for a quote on my roof as it had been damaged by hail a couple of years ago. I also had one other roofing company give me a quote. SNS’s quote was $800 below the other bidder. I found Seth and Shae to be very personable, respectable and professional. Seth’s knowledge and experience is really what sold me. My new roofs look great – they did the barn too! Seth also got a team together to do my gutters as well – all of this in just a few days. The house roof was done in one day! I’m very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend SNS Roofing for your roofing needs.

SNS is a professional business and the owners are very knowledgeable about dealing with insurance companies. We had a few bumps along the way and Shae and Seth immediately responded to my calls dealing with additional storm damage. After a 5-month ongoing back and forth with our insurance company, we finally have a handsome new roof. I highly recommend their company!!!!

Seth came over to look at our roof after a hail storm. We had a couple other roofers come by but once we met Seth we new we found our guy. Very knowledgeable up front and an excellent person. The crew showed up on time. Delivery tear off hauled away in was day. I would definitely recommend them for anything on a roof.

Our experience with SNS Roofing was awesome. The owners and workers were true professionals. All of the insurance details were handled by them. The roof was put down in one day followed a couple of weeks later by new gutters, also installed in one day. Our roof looked so nice that we upgraded the house with new shutters and exterior lights. Had a few roofing companies come and give me an estimate to some hail damage I had a while back SNS Roofing had the better bid and handled it very respectfully didn’t try to force a sale on us and they also dealt with the insurance company once the bid was put in and made getting a new roof painless on my part, definitely would recommend using these guys quick and professional

They worked with my insurance after insurance initially denied my claim for a new roof and they were able to provide pictures and proof of the hail damage that the adjuster could not. After insurance agreed to pay for the roof, SNS got right to work and had everything ready to go within a week after I decided on color and style.
The job was done well, they even commented on a few things the last contractor had done incorrectly with the old roof. I had an issue with wind blowing one of my vent covers off and they were more than happy to come by and place it back on for me. I will be happy to use their services again in the future should I need my roof redone!
