Our roof recently had a leak that made its way through one of our bedroom’s ceiling. We were so lucky to be referred to SNS Roofing via our home warranty. Seth, the owner came out right away and took a look at our problem; He proved very knowledgeable and friendly. Seth, and his wife Shae, took the time to sit down with us and explain the process, which we really appreciated considering this was our first roof repair. We were able to call with any additional questions or concerns and they alway responded almost immediately. Within a day, they were working with our insurance to get the ball rolling. His crew was great too! The day they came out to install the new roof (turns out we had multiple leaks), went smoothly and according to plan. His crew was polite, did an amazing job, was respectful of our property and cleaned up all the nails and waste materials.They even put our patio furniture and plants back in place for us. We are currently working with them to have the damaged ceiling repaired as well. If you are looking for a professional company who actually cares about the job they are doing, then look no further. Honestly, from Joanna in the office, to Seth and Shae the owners, to the roofing crew, you will not find a better company. Thank you SNS!!!

They worked with my insurance after insurance initially denied my claim for a new roof and they were able to provide pictures and proof of the hail damage that the adjuster could not. After insurance agreed to pay for the roof, SNS got right to work and had everything ready to go within a week after I decided on color and style. The job was done well, they even commented on a few things the last contractor had done incorrectly with the old roof. I had an issue with wind blowing one of my vent covers off and they were more than happy to come by and place it back on for me. I will be happy to use their services again in the future should I need my roof redone!
